Prerequisites: Full major status in Occupational Therapy.
Description
This course covers child development and occupational participation from birth to adolescence. Students will learn about practice settings, common conditions, and policies influencing occupational therapy in pediatrics. Students will develop skills to apply theories, models, and frames of reference relevant to occupational therapy practice in pediatric settings. This course dovetails with OC TH 6140 and OC TH 6160.
