Description
This course will be a general overview of commercial real estate transactions, specifically including purchases and sale transactions, and commercial lease transactions. The Focus will be practitioner-oriented, with a strong emphasis on key concepts and strategies associated with typical commercial real estate transactions. Among other things, we will focus on common terms found in real estate contracts, the purposes for those terms, and how they're used to structure and facilitate a deal. We will also study the transaction process, from initial offer to the closing of a transaction. After successfully completing this course students will have a better understanding of common terms of real estate contracts, the purposes of those terms, and how they're used to structure and facilitate a deal.
