Description
Problem Solving and Analysis II develops the skills necessary for both the practice of law and successful completion of the Uniform Bar Examination. The course emphasizes black letter law needed for the Multistate Bar Examination, test-taking skills and strategies, essay-writing for the Multistate Essay Examination, and self-assessment of written work product. It also emphasizes, and provides students an opportunity to practice, the skills necessary for the Multistate Performance Test. These include practical legal problem solving, legal analysis and reasoning, factual analysis, written communication, task management, and resolution of ethical dilemmas.
