Description
Learn practical methods for increasing happiness and well-being through The Four Noble Truths - the foundational principles of Buddhism. Taught by Buddha Shakyamuni 2,946 years ago, these universal, non-sectarian principles are still relevant to the challenges and stresses of our modern world. In this class we will look at unique approaches to happiness and suffering, thinking and karma, and how to apply these principles for a happier and more beneficial life. No prerequisites needed.
