Description
This course is designed to improve overall stamina, strength, and cardiovascular fitness for participants through boxing and kickboxing movements. Each class will include, but is not limited to, a warm up, variable boxing and kickboxing rounds on a heavy bag, active rest, core work, and a cool down.
