Enjoy fine chocolates from Utah and around the world as we learn the ins and outs of a long established and currently booming industry. We'll follow a cacao bean's journey from farm to bar, learn about growing practices and how to identify different varieties, and the specific details of manufacturing in a chocolate facility. You'll get to taste a variety of locally, nationally, and internationally made chocolates. Your tasting kit will highlight brands from Utah's own chocolatiers so you can experience this state's place in the young history of American fine chocolate.
