This course will open with 30 minutes of Qigong, the exercise system from Traditional Chinese Medicine, for gentle full body stretching. The second 30 minutes will include Shibashi, the Japanese blend of Qigong and Tai Chi, and other easy tai chi forms, to help improve balance to prevent falls. Class to be held outdoors with a small group, a park in the Murray area to be announced.
