Description
This course will cover basic research design, measurement techniques, and methods of data collection and analysis used in health-related research with an emphasis on the field of nutrition. Special attention will be given to the major components of quantitative research design and implementation including, identifying/defining the research problem/question, protocol design, subject selection and sampling, data collection, and analysis as well as interpretation, evaluation, and application of research results.
