Students will have the opportunity to examine their own philosophy of nursing and personal interaction style and explore how to effectively integrate these into their advanced practice roles. This course introduces theoretical, legal, social, ethical, and political contexts for both practice and system roles. Practical skills for effective group membership and leadership functioning in the intra- and inter-disciplinary environment are examined.
