Like meditation or yoga, or watching a beautiful sunset, once is not enough! Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement is a practice that is constantly changing because you, too, are constantly changing. The more you experience your presence in movement, the more you find there is to learn. If you have enjoyed Feldenkrais classes before, please join in. There will be less time given to review the basic ideas and more time open to movement and to addressing specific needs and desires. Prerequisite: "Your Life is Only as Comfortable as Your Movement" course with Osher, or previous experience in a Feldenkrais series of classes with Carol Lessinger or another certified Feldenkrais practitioner.
