Description
Participants will gain a holistic appreciation for the Jordan River watershed as an important riparian ecosystem for a variety of wildlife species, a critical migratory pathway for birds, and a geographic hub of rich human history. Topics will cover ecology, conservation biology and planning, human history, and stewardship activities as these relate to the Jordan River Watershed. Classes meet at Tracy Aviary's Jordan River Nature Center, and we will spend time walking on the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
