This course will open with thirty minutes of qigong, the exercise system from traditional Chinese medicine, for gentle, full-body stretching. The second thirty minutes will include shibashi, the Japanese blend of qigong and tai chi, and other easy tai chi forms, to help improve balance to prevent falls. Class to be held outdoors with a small group at a park in the Murray area, location to be announced to registered class members.
