Description
In Part 2 of Coaching for Life and Work, you will receive support for developing your coaching skills aligned with the ICF Core Competencies through coaching others and receiving feedback. You will receive 10 hours of mentoring in both a group and one-on-one format. The course is comprised of one group session and three one-on-one sessions, which you will arrange with the instructor. If you are pursuing International Coach Federation (ICF) certification at the conclusion of the Coaching program, this session is required. Even if you are not pursuing ICF certification, this class will provide you with invaluable insight to help you hone your coaching skills.
