Prerequisites: "C-" or better in CS 3500 AND CS 3810.
Description
In this course we cover the basics of computer security and privacy. Topics include beginning symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, threat modeling, authentication, injection attacks, access control, and usability. Students must be comfortable working with or picking up basic networking, scripting languages, SQL, etc.
