Description
This course is a case study based course in current issues encountered in commercial banking. The course will emphasize a problem solving approach to addressing challenges faced by bank personnel in meeting customer expectations, integrating emerging technology and transforming business models. As a result of taking this course, students will be better prepared to understand and provide solutions to banks that are implementing innovative products and services. The course will be led by experienced bankers, addressing contemporary challenges.
