Description
This year-long course includes lectures, discussions, and problems to prepare students who are enrolled in the year-long Criminal Process Externship to handle criminal cases. It also explores the criminal justice system from various social science perspectives and the role of attorneys in that system. This course is open only to 3Ls who are concurrently enrolled in Externship Credit for a one-year criminal placement. PREREQUISITES: Evidence, Trial Advocacy. RECOMMENDED: Criminal Procedure. Counts toward the experiential education requirement.
