Description
Build on the techniques you learned in Metalsmithing I and II to advance your jewelry-making skills to the next level. Guided by an expert local artisan jeweler, you will design and create a more advanced piece from start to finish as you learn sweat soldering, layering, and how to set square, triangular, and odd-shaped forms. Special fee is for tool rental and some supplies; students will purchase more supplies in class or order online with assistance from the instructor. Prerequisites: LLCFT 229 & 353 Metalsmithing I and II or take our quiz to self-assess your skill level.
