Description
This is an applied course in the analysis of longitudinal data, that is, data on the same individuals collected at several points in time. The course will cover methods which account for the correlation between the measurements on an individual. Students will learn how to apply several types of models, including linear models for continuous data, linear mixed effects models, generalized linear models including binary outcomes, and methods for handling missing data.
