Description
Graduate students should register for POL S 6480 and will be held to higher standards and/or additional work. Examines historical and cultural overview of the international relations of East Asia; focuses primarily on the post-Cold War era. Also examines the roles and policies of the major actors (China, Japan, and the U. S., etc.) and the patterns of conflict and cooperation concerning regional economic and security issues.
