Prerequisites: "C" or better in RECTH 3330 AND RECTH 4300.
Description
This class is designed to teach the critical components of client assessment, documentation, and evaluation in the RT Process. Course content includes protocol development, client assessment (standardized assessment, interview, observation, and record review) and the process of treatment planning, documentation, and evaluation. Client evaluation will be discussed as it relates to client assessed outcomes. Students will learn about the WHO International Classification of Functioning and Disability (ICF) and role within the assessment process.
