This is an in-person class that meets outside. Class is limited to 12. Students must be comfortable riding in a shuttle with other students from the river take-out point to their parked vehicle. Students are responsible for bringing an inflatable a kayak and additional equipment (helmet, paddle, air pump, and PFD type III life jacket). Inflatable kayak packages can be rented from the University of Utah Campus Recreation Services or a sporting goods shop; please reserve early. We hate canceling classes, but sometimes there are forces outside of our control. Please keep this in mind as you purchase supplies and hang onto your receipt.
