Description
Wake up your body and mind through breath and yoga practices. Starting the day mindfully helps to stretch, strengthen, and move throughout the rest of the day with ease, grace, and choosing conscious awareness. We will cultivate breathing practices along with yoga poses as we move into gentle sequenced flows that help to fire up our day.
