Description
Global ventures are entities that incorporate globalization into their business strategy from inception. Technological advances, emerging markets, and increased permeability are enabling entrepreneurs to create and extract value from a global footprint. Rapidly evolving types of competitors and threats makes it even more important for founders to assess, appreciate and seize the advantages of globalization early on. This course provides insights and best practices to help founders develop and minimize risk of a global strategy.
