Description
This class will involve a circuit training plan using the Pilates Wunda Chair, Reformer, Spine Correctors (barrels), Trapeze, Physio-ball, and Cadillac to strengthen the entire body. A series of exercises will be learned and practiced at a speed appropriate for the level of skill in the course.
