Description
Just like we clear the clutter in our closets, we can cut through the clutter in our lives. It is the "stuff" that often keeps us from maintaining a sense of balance in our life. While our retirement should mean doing more of what we want, it often brings more stressors and expectations. Research tells us we should stay connected to others, be physically active, and continue to exercise our minds, in order to age gracefully. What does that really mean? This class will explore these concepts and more, using a variety of activities, discussions, and self-assessments, along with a multitude of resources focused on supporting a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
