Description
A skills training course that uses text materials, problems, simulated courtroom settings, student performance, and faculty critique to teach basic trial advocacy skills. The course includes one large section class per week and one small section class per week. The course concludes with a mock trial. PRE- OR CO-REQUISITE: Evidence. Note: Second-year students intending to enroll in the year-long Criminal Process Externship during their third year should enroll in Evidence and Trial Advocacy during their second year. Counts toward the experiential education requirement.
