Description
Problem Solving and Analysis II provides early review and practice for the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE). We cover the most heavily tested sub-topics from Civil Procedure, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts. We review black letter law, practice and analyze multiple choice (MBE) and essay (MEE) questions, and complete multistate performance tests (MPT). It does not replace summer Bar review, but rather provides an early start for students who prefer longer or more personalized Bar preparation. Problem Solving and Analysis I is not required.
