OSHER 852 - Outdoor and Woodland Singing

Greet the morning in song! Let's gather outdoors to sing delightful songs that celebrate life and our connection to the earth. You will learn fun rounds and easy harmony songs (and we will sing some familiar favorites too). For the first three classes, we will meet in the Continuing Education building's patio area in Research Park on the U of U campus. The fourth class will take place on a woodland walk through Miller Bird Refuge and Nature Park. During each class, we will be standing or moving around for the hour. In the patio setting, if you need a moment to sit down, there is seating available (or you are welcome to bring your own camp chair). All voices are welcome--especially shy singers! This is a great opportunity to sing with other folks in a relaxed, playful, supportive environment.
