Description
This course will describe the various renewable energy sources and give an overview of the development, current use, and the future. The various energy conversion methods will also be described to develop the basic physical process concepts involved in the conversion of one energy form to other. Emphasis will be given to develop an understanding for assessing the performance potential and design the choice of the energy forms. Towards the end of the course, students will have the awareness of importance, application, requirement, and future of the energy resources.
