Description
Introduction to Pickleball is a course designed for active people who want to learn how to play this fun, fast-moving game but are new to the sport. The goal is to introduce the rules, vocabulary, basic strategies, scoring, and etiquette. One game typically lasts 20 minutes and requires strength, hand-eye coordination, and physical endurance as you will be starting and stopping your movement in all directions during each game. During these four, two-hour sessions, you will be learning skills, practicing these skills through drills, and playing actual games. Paddles and balls will be provided as needed. Please join us for Pickleball! It is a great way to stay active, socialize and have a lot of fun!
