Description
Line dancing is a fun way for seniors to exercise in a relaxed social setting. Not only is line dancing good for your body, but it may also benefit balance, coordination, and memory. Each class will begin with basic beginner moves and gradually progress to improver level dances for those who want to be challenged a little bit. We will dance to a variety of musical genres including show tunes, classic Rock 'N' Roll, Latin-influenced, and Country. This is an active 1.5 hour class with periodic breaks provided and options offered depending on experience level and physical stamina. All skill levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that support your feet but do not grip the floor. Yee Haw!
