Maintaining our balance is one of the most critical components of aging well. Here is an opportunity for you to review your current balance (including learning about the new "gold standard" assessment). Then we will learn a range of balance exercises that will improve your balance and help you prevent a fall IF you practice them briefly every day. Dress comfortably. Class members will be strongly encouraged to remove their shoes because they give us a false sense of our balance. Please note: If you are having serious balance issues, please see a professional; this might not be the right class for you.
