This course is designed to inspire grievers to explore and navigate their own personal grief journey. Just as people experience grief in different ways, there are also many different ways to process grief. In this course, you will learn what grief is, how to identify the emotions around grief and the importance of walking head-on into your grief each day. We will explore strategies to help process emotions in a healing way by using community, activities, writing prompts, journaling, grief yoga, and more. The class will also include activities to do at home each week to make time and space for grieving and to assist in the healing process.
