Description
In this course, participants will have the opportunity to share their past, current, and future life stories with other people from the Osher community. The purpose of this class is to provide a learning community in which together we can study aging, life, and death and explore practical and effective responses to our aging process. We will individually and collectively learn to heal and transform the lives we have lived so far, and empower ourselves to write our own stories about the final chapters of our lives. We strongly welcome both new and returning class members! This class is an updated and revised version of the Part I class which was last offered in the Winter of 2023.
