Description
This class introduces key concepts for commonly used research techniques in the fields of Immunology and Microbiology. These skills can be applied to other research disciplines in the life sciences. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, active research areas in the Division of Microbiology and Immunology, laboratory skills such as flow cytometry and microscopy, and in silico analysis of sequencing data. The course also covers ethical and practical considerations when working with animals.
