Advanced intermediate skiing ability and proficiency in backcountry skiing and travel using backcountry ski equipment is a requirement for this class. Current WFR or EMT certification required. Class also meets for required field sessions on Fridays from 11:00am-5:00pm. Students must supply some personal safety equipment, which they must own, buy, or rent.
