Everything tastes better when cooking outdoors! Stir up some delicious food while learning multiple cooking techniques and tools: two-burner stoves, whisperlight backpacking stoves, canister stoves, and/or dutch ovens. Students will camp at a front range campground and learn about campsite selection, camping equipment, and how to prepare for their own camping adventure. Class meets July 9 only. Field experience July 19-21. Overnight camping at a developed campground. Attendance at the first class meeting is mandatory. Drops not possible after the 2nd day following this meeting.
