In this course you will learn skills that will help you in a career in product management. We will cover the three jobs in product management which include, Product Marketing, Project Management, and Product Management. We will start by covering a few core business principles that will help you succeed in any job. (Competitive analysis, product market fit, customer centric design, financial forecasting) We will then dive into the three different jobs and talk about the tools they use, key success factors, and learn about the pros and cons of each job. We will hear from practitioners in the space and get practical, hands-on insight into this growing field.
