STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION-This class will build on STRAT 6070 and cover how to implement a strategy, and mistakes companies can make that get in their own way. Starting from the perspective of a firm's strategy, we will address questions like how to pay employees, how to get financing, who should have authority, who should make which decisions, who should report to whom, whom to hire, whom to fire, and how to train, among others. Material will be covered in short videos and we'll practice applying lessons to real world cases. We will cover both classic cases and modern situations where those tools would be applicable. You will leave the class with tools for implementing strategies in your company or team and for evaluating which companies are likely to do well so you can make decisions about where to invest, or where to work. https://eccles.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_55urkUqngrqIpHE
