Description
The objective of a well-designed compensation and benefits program is to drive desired behaviors in the workforce, reinforce overall business strategy, and ensure organizational success, given an organization's existing business conditions and cost constraints. This course will help HR professionals develop compensation and benefits programs that give them the edge in a rapidly changing, competitive environment. This course discusses compliance and regulatory controls, market pricing, base pay structures, variable pay programs, equity-based pay, executive compensation, as well as legally required benefits, discretionary benefits, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, flexible benefits, and benefits focused on work/life balance.
