Course Components:
This is designed to encourage intellectual and practical discussions about teaching communication. It will include assignments to assist in teaching courses as a graduate student; develop a philosophy that will guide them through professional careers; and provide an avenue for further pedagogical actions and reflection. It serves as a collaborative learning community to address the day-to-day work of college communication pedagogy, while engaging in dialogue about key educational theories and concepts related to learning theory, pedagogy, multiculturalism, and issues of power and privilege in educational spaces.
