Study and analysis of organizations according to structure/processes from a macro to micro perspective. Various philosophies/theories that guide/direct the practice of administration and development of leadership skills emphasized. Examination of various roles of the nursing administrator and development of one's own administrative philosophy and leadership style within an organizational context also integrated.
