Taught Spring 1999, Autumn 2000, and autumn thereafter. Characterization of the time course of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. The relationship to intensity and time course of drug effects. Design of dosage regimens in selected disease states. Role of pharmacokinetics involved in individualized drug therapy.
