LAW 7030 - Cor-Criminal Procedure

This course involves a consideration of the criminal procedure in the area of detection and investigation including constitutional issues of search and seizure, confession, identification evidence, and the adjudicatory process including charging and preliminary proceedings and the right to counsel.
