Description
Tibetan t'ai chi is an ancient practice preserved at Shaolin Temple in China. Its graceful, rhythmic movements and regulated breathing promote vitality, coordination, and meditative awareness. Warm-up stretching begins, and cool-down breathing ends each session of form introductions and corrections. Open to all levels and abilities. Nina has been practicing t'ai chi since 1976, studying under grand master Liu Siong and others. She has been teaching the practice since 1993.
