Description
Rock gardens provide a low-maintenance, environmentally friendly, and visually stunning statement in your landscape. Learn the basics of rock gardening in this four-session course, including site selection, soil preparation and drainage, rock and plant selection, maintenance, and common rock garden pests. We'll also cover growing rock garden plants from seed. Need inspiration? A tour of some of Salt Lake's finest rock gardens will conclude the course. Bill is the program chairperson for the Wasatch Rock Garden Society and is a board member and past president of the Utah Native Plant Society.
