YEART 212 - Make an Impression: Print making Workshop (Age 7-12)

Make prints! Learn the creative process of print making and try your hands at making your own stamp, monotypes, and linocuts. This course encourages creativity while teaching the basic principles of art and print making. Young artists will learn the history of the print while exploring the collection of prints in the collection of the Utah Museum of Fine Arts. Students will learn to make their own unique prints and at the end of the week will display their artwork and host an art opening in the UMFA classroom. Co-sponsored with the Utah Museum of Fine Arts.
