YEUTE 18 - Club Ute Planet of the Arts (Age 6-11)

Club Ute adventures this week include field trips to magnificent museums, art outlets and international venues. Take a tour of the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and learn about the amazing African and Buddhist art housed there. Draw what you see and create your own artistic expressions. Have you ever wondered if people in different cultures express themselves differently through their creations? Join us for a weeklong cultural extravaganza and find out why and how people create art! Visit the Utah Museum of Natural History and learn about Native American art and culture. Enjoy the international peace gardens and lunch at Jordan Park. Electives this week may include learning about art from Russia, Afghanistan or Greece. Visiting local galleries to see world art and participate in storytelling.
