Description
Experience one of the few remaining pristine areas of the Salt Lake Valley. Here is where nature still reigns supreme amid the vast development that surrounds it. Dimple Dell Park is home to numerous fox, deer, birds, and native plants. On our walk through the park, various native trees, shrubs, flowers, and birds will be identified. Good walking shoes, binoculars, head cover, field log, and a bottle of water are recommended. Students will be notified as to meeting location. Arline began exploring Dimple Dell years before it was designated as a county park. She is a naturalist volunteer at Red Butte Garden.
