Required core course for women's studies majors and minors. Examines diversity between women focusing on characteristics of race, class, ethnicity and sexuality. Central to feminist understanding and analysis of these characteristics is their interlocking nature which leads us to focus on the simultaneous and interactive effects which help order experience and shape systems of privilege and inequality.
